A Ukrainian State applied to join the Russian Federation

According to RIA Novosti, on the 11th local time, kiril stremusov, vice chairman of the military and civil administration of Kherson Oblast in southern Ukraine, announced that Kherson oblast would apply to Russian President Vladimir Putin to join the Russian Federation.
According to reports, stremusov said: "Kherson state will not establish any Republic and will not hold a referendum. The state leadership will appeal to the president of the Russian Federation to bring the state into the territory of the Russian Federation."
It is reported that stremusov also said that Kherson state plans to turn to the laws of the Russian Federation by the end of this year.
